If you have found a security vulnerability in any Wi Genie product or service, please report it to security@wi-genie.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond within 48 hours. Please do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly before we have had a chance to investigate and address them.

We follow security-first principles across our stack. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We use privacy-preserving analytics with no third-party tracking. Our infrastructure is hosted on established platforms with SOC 2 compliance. We regularly review access controls and authentication mechanisms.
